This flex app is the app we are building out exclusively for our contact-center. It has omni-channel communication capabilities, and it is entirely task-based. So the contact-center agents receive tasks of various communication types, and are able to work multiple communication channels simultaneously. My team is currently on track to complete this project on time, by the end of Q1 2021.
There is actually 2 separate apps here. The first being the new contact-center agent omni-channel dashboard, and the second being the webchat widget.
The webchat is actually a separate react app that is compiled down to a single line of javascript which we hand out to each of our clients to put on their own marketing websites.
